Rotten: Action is almost nonstop, but rooting interest palls.
Fresh: What's actually afoot is a full-on horror remake of Monsters, Inc.
this movie is terrible... i don't typically write reviews, but somebody needed to stand up and say something. i rented it based on positive ratings/reviews--big mistake. suffice to say that there is nothing interesting or original about this. it's a poorly done love-is-better-than-hate parable played out by some ridiculous monsters that literally eat fear. don't see it (or don't say i didn't warn you).
It keeps you going threw ever turn or death of Ian Stone. This could make an awesome series. I don't want to say too much it might give it away. It is sort of like the butterfly effect. Completely different story, but kind of like it in the way it changes every time Ian dies. I bought the DVD I liked it so much. I have watched it at least 7 times. This is the kind of story you can see more than once.
one of the best!
I've seen horror movie after horror movie and this is one you cannot deny. Though the beginning is slightly confusing and there's one or two slow parts, the rest of this movie completely mesmorized me. The story line is great, the acting is excellent, and for horror fans you'll see that this is one that needs to be added to your collection.
