A group of special forces arrive on a remote tropical island to investigate a top-secret research facility that has recently fallen off the map, with no communication to let outsiders know what happened. Upon arrival the men discover something horrible has occurred; while giant komodo dragons and cobras battle it out, they attempt to regain control of the island.
like citizen kane but with a giant snake and komodo dragon
i've often wondered to myself what would win in a fight, a giant cobra or a giant komodo dragon and finally that question can be put to rest. thanks itunes, you guys don't have good movies like timecrimes on here but every piece of crap that comes out of the sci-fi channell you have. good for you. i saw bits of this when it was on sci-fi and i'm surprised that itunes would even consider selling this at $10. i mean, who's buying? not you, not me. oh here's another thing i noticed, late at night cinemax has all this softcore porn and normally that would have nothing to do with this, but one of the actors in this movie frequently stars in those late night movies.
Quite Possibly the Worst Movie Ever
Komodo vs. Cobra is honestly one of the worst movies I have ever seen. I was roaming through channels and put this on because the title sounded intriguing. It is labeled as an action movie but it might as well be a comedy because the actors in it actually think they have talent. The acting is some of the worst I've ever seen and the special effects look like they were made back in the the 1930's. Every time one of the enormous creatures chases someone the person randomly trips and gets a sprained ankle over an imaginary rock when clearly they tripped over nothing. When people shoot at these "creatures" they never have to reload and the military base looks like a real estate office. I could make a better movie in my backyard. The fact that iTunes would charge 10 dollars for this movie is a rip off, do not buy unless you're looking for a good laugh.
Michael Pare, what happened to you?
One minute you're saving Diane Lane from Willem Dafoe and the next you're in this. To quote Streets of Fire, you're going Nowhere Fast.
