Plot Summary

Join Noah and the boys for a Martha’s Vineyard weekend of drama, hilarity and wedding bells, as Logo’s hit series Noah’s Arc makes its much-anticipated big screen debut! As newly successful screenwriter Noah prepares for marital bliss, everyone’s relationships get tested, including his own. Playboy Ricky flaunts a barely-legal college student fling in the face of his monogamous friends, elder statesmen Chance and Eddie scratch their seven-year itch, and Alex drives everyone crazy as he plans the perfect wedding. Add to the mix a closeted superstar rapper, a high-maintenance studio exec, and a secret that rocks the house, and you’ve got a drama-filled feature length reunion with the ones you love.

Top Critics' Reviews

Fresh: Despite some drinking (with nary a hangover afterward) and a fling or two, the prevailing mood isna(TM)t campy or disco-decadent. Rather the emphasis is squarely on heartfelt communication, monogamy and child rearing. – Andy Webster, New York Times, Jun 24, 2010

Rotten: The lively, timely film plays like a soap opera on a big screen, has its awkward and uneven moments but delivers the goods. – Kevin Thomas, Los Angeles Times, Jun 24, 2010

Rotten: It's tempting to slight the effort as My Big Fat Gay Wedding, since the screenwriters follow a familiar template. – Justin Berton, San Francisco Chronicle, Jun 24, 2010

Fresh: It might be helpful to think of the series and its spinoff as a male version of The Golden Girls. A young, gay, African American male version of The Golden Girls. – Michael O'Sullivan, Washington Post, Jun 24, 2010
