In his third "Oh, God!" movie, Academy Award-winner George Burns ("The Sunshine Boys") not only plays his witty, widely praised role as God, but also the menacing, trick-playing demon himself... the Devil. Directed by Emmy Award-winner Paul Bogart, this is "a delight" says the Chicago Sun-Times, and may contain "the single best sequence of dual-image photography ever put on the screen" (USA Today). Co-starring Ron Silver ("Timecop," "Reversal of Fortune"), Ted Wass ("Blossom," "Soap") and Roxanne Hart ("Chicago Hope"), and written by Andrew Bergman ("Honeymoon in Vegas," "Blazing Saddles").

Fresh: The material is extremely slight, but at least it's benign.
Rotten: Unhappily, the story didn't need to get this involved and it winds up constantly trying to pull the picture apart, working against the comedy.
George Burns Is Great as God!
You may think that this is just another rehash of the "Oh God" films but it really has a completely different story line and is GOOD!
An outstanding movie.
Oh God! was a ground breaker. 4 stars, Oh God! Book 2, more cute views of the visiting deity, 2 stars, Oh God! You Devil, now this was the under rated third installment of the series, however the finest of the three. George Burns breaks the mold of his previous portrayals to give us his very best performance. 5 stars. George Burns as his evil counterfeit, Satan himself, was a remarkable additional performance of a well-seasoned actor in the prime of his career. Oh God! You Devil should not be overlooked it is the gem of the series in my opinion.
