The Strawberry Statement
Even if you were not there when students were taking over the Admin. buildings at campuses all over the country, this is how it was, I was there. The Soundtrack is absolutely amazing. It captures in music emotions the film is unable to do, and deserves a reserrection. A true hidden classic.
I was involved in the student demonstrations with Mark Rudd at Columbia and this movie is a great little known depection of that era and the way things were. If you are from todays generation, watch this movie and get a clue about what its like to commit yourself to your own convictions.
What make this so special was the soundtrack. I would recommended anyone to see this movie and remember when it was done.
