Customer Reviews

This is one of the most badly marketed films in a long time. It is completely misrepresented. It is not about ‘passion, seduction, betrayal.’ It is about food, and a legendary chef, and the beginnings of French gastronomy. And it is about appetite. Excellent. A complete surprise. Fascinatingly authentic detail.
