Rocketnumbernine features brothers Ben and Tom Page, who combine jazz, electronic, and drone elements into a versatile sound. The duo, who have also played in Rothko and the Sleeping Years, began playing improv pieces in the mid-2000s and released You Reflect Me in 2008. The brothers met Four Tet's Kieran Hebden in 2010 and began a collaboration that included a performance at that year's Mutek Festival and the release of the single Matthew and Toby. The following year, the Pages toured with Radiohead and issued the Lone Raver 12". Another collaboration with Hebden, the Floating Points-produced single Roseland/Metropolis, came in early 2013. Later in the year, they performed a series of live dates with Neneh Cherry and released MeYouWeYou. ~ Heather Phares
