Great boutique hotel
I stayed at this hotel 5 nights and everything from check in to check out went smoothly. The staff is awesome. Service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Had dinner once also and it was also delicious. The Barman Pi makes excellent cocktails and is very friendly. The hotel itself is clean and very nicely decorated. It has a laundry room when your can wash and dry your clothes. It is only 8 mins walk from Thong Lo BTS station. I recommend it.
Great app, hoping for new benefit
Great app that I use for all my trips. I am Genius 3 and I hope for even more benefit for loyal customers (higher discount, visible upgrades, free nights, year end bonus…)
Staying at Kennedy actually.
Checked in yesterday, they granted a check in at noon which was appreciated. Our contact name Fred, up to now did not meet and not really answering the phone. Problem in the apartment L226, water leakage m, electricity trip. Call yesterday at 2 pm, Fred said to send maintenance at 5, 5:30. They came and could not find the leakage. This morning water leaking again and all our cosmetic wet some damaged. Maintenance came at 10:30 and fix and close the water, so no water. They made a mess in the bathroom and do not know who will clean it. Request for a hair dryer will deliver at 5 pm. We are not a satisfy guest at all.
