Released in 2009, Rompiendo Cadenas is Latin Grammy Award-winner Ana Bárbara's tenth studio album, and her first since parting company with Fonovisa Records. Produced by the likes of Javier Calderón, Guillermo Gil, and Luny Tunes, its 11 self-penned tracks combine her trademark grupero sound with a more mainstream pop sensibility than her previous efforts.
