Need to scan a QR code? Navigate to the Browser’s URL address bar, tap the code on the right, enable access to the camera and your device is ready to scan!

Hi, thanks for reaching out! What you're describing is not expected, as no changes related to file download were introduced in the new app version. You organization's IT Admin might have changed some security settings for downloading files. You should be able to open the files in the Workspace One Content app. Do you have that installed? Do you see any error messages when trying to perform the action? Please, provide more details or contact your IT Help Desk for clarifications or assistance with troubleshooting.
