I have been listening to your podcast episodes 1-14 now and I had to find the time to let you guys know that is one of the most extraordinary programs I listen to.

I’ve implemented several of your recommendations and lost 4 lbs in my first week with the help of Lose It App and cardio + classes at the gym. I’ve done my own homework and am becoming a Geeky-Techie-App fan(didn’t know my iphone could be so useful and fun when working out and controlling my health!) From my first contact with your world I can asses that I am protein metabolic person and that counting calories will helpkeep me on track.

But what I enjoy the most is your company during my exercise, when driving and when at the gym. Your dynamics and frankness during the programs is just priceless. I am pleased with all the preparation you do before going on the air, how you incorporate your personal experiences and how you interact with each other. It is wonderful to hear you stutter on your own words when you have so much to share, (I usually can’t control my smiles/laugh at the gym when this happens on one of my regular listens) as that gives it a real, fresh touch. I particularly like your honesty insisting that we should not take your word as “the bible” of health and fitness butwe should rather experiment and toss what is not applicable for us. That kind of sincerity is very much appreciated.

If there was one thing I would change is the introductory music. Please go back to the original music you played in episodes 1-5. To be honest, when I first stumble on this podcast, I listened to one of the later shows and dismissed it for the music. It wasn’t until months later, I had trouble deleting the podcast from my iTunes list and accidentally played an episode where Blythe mentioned the difference between the first and later podcasts, when I decided to give it a second try… and here I am.

Just as you cheer your audience on, you deserve some reciprocity, feedback and motivation on maintaining this outstanding initiative. So please keep it coming!
