Unfair treatment and poor performance
First all, the game performance has getting deteriorated, my iphone 12 pro max will kick out from game or lagging during game, especially when doing quest task. Secondly, i noticed it unfair to Apple user who using game center to login will not get daily login bonus, other users who using SIALIA account will get extra daily login bonus. I hope Apple will review the fairness of this game for apple users

Customer service very poor for take account back
Contact customer service for few days for take my account back. But customer service won’t tell u actually what they want. They will give u one request first, after u fill form they will give u another new request, say want more information. If the form is incomplete one, pls don’t play yr client.
After few days deal with them, surrender already. Waste many time to communicate with customer service. Their service quality very poor. Avoid this game still can have better life.
