Airpaz worse third parties booking platform
It's act like your officer help you to book ticket but without asking you what you want and they also won't tell you what is missing. Everything either you find out by yourself or contact airline company. Service wise, they are high class officer and if you cannot wait please skip this app, they take time especially when emergency happened. Don't expect them will fix your issue immediately or on time, it's took week to year. One more things, it's actually cost more even though the price display in app cheaper than the airline price. Trust me, you'll need to pay extra for every single item change or add on.

A horrible scam.
If you are looking for the worst trip of your life - go for it! Customer service will hang up on you the minute your turn comes. I contacted 3 times, waited 10 mins each call and before I even got connected - their rep hung up on me. Looks like a common trick to meet their daily service level without actually helping their customers.
They also limit all their social medias so you can’t actually reach out to them through comments or DMs. They won’t respond. This platform is a scam, and spending your money here will only get you a bag of frustration, stress, and a horrible experience. Whoever in charge of the team should be ashamed of themselves.

Its a legelize scam company and apps.
I bought 2 tix and reschedule both tix. The first tix they change flight operator without informing so i need to run here and there to check in. For second tix which is i rechedule until now i dont get confirmation and i already paid for extra rechedule fee. The service center is a real joke and scam. I tried call for 1 hour and the operator said im in the first que. And i need to wait for 1 hour until its automatic cut the line. Then i tried 3 phone to call the service center , and same script im in quee and when reach to first que its suddenly off the line. Im keep on trying with 3 phone for 2 hour. And i can conclude airpaz is a legeliza scam company.
