Unable to login
I have been trying to login to my CIMB Clicks account but the error message of “Error Details” keeps popping out (I am currently on iOS 11.1) Please fix this, if not there’s no point of having this app installed on my phone if it doesn’t work properly.
Fail to load
CIMB clicks mobile apps used to be my favorite banking application, very convenince. But ever since it changed to new look, it become useless mobile apps due to always failed to load even i have full bars of signal and 4g internet. I hope can do something about that. I feel so disappointed.
Unable to use fingerprint ID login
When I installed the new version, it doesn’t allow me to use fingerprint login. Error msg comes out and say only owner of phone can authorize the use of fingerprint login.
