Better Than Expected
The app is unexpectedly better than Zoom, Microsoft Teams and even Google Meet. It has better security than Zoom, better grid view compare to Microsoft Teams and more affordable per user pricing compared to Google Meet (G Suite). Strongly recommended for training provider and higher learning institution.
Multitasking problem
Using the application is good, and easy. However, any other actions were limited. I’m using the iPad Pro to go online with the webex, attending meeting and all, and whenever I want to multitask with other application such as mail, notes, the participants cannot view me, as if the camera is not working anymore whenever I multitask. Also, when I share my screen using the iPad, participants also cannot see me anymore, its like limiting the usage of webex. If the developer could address this, this would be the perfect app to go online with.
Apps not stable
Previously very good but recently found that very difficult to connect to audio, even connected but after a while it will still need to reconnect again and again...
