Ratings and Reviews
Too many error
When submitting claim, error will pop up and if try to submit again there'll be 2 similar claims submitted. Same goes with feedback submission. Apart from that, very late response from Compumed. Not sure why there is an app in the first place when user is not getting any response on it.
Password keeps expiring
Password keep expiring and cannot re-use same password . Nonsense ….
Cannot do password reset via Apps .
As I only use the app when I get sick …. Maybe 2 times in a year. So for me,I will need to reset password when ever launching this apps .
Useful Apps
Before this hard for me to allocate which klinik is panel for compumed. So by this apps finally i know the nearest klinik panel with compumed. But this apps still need to be improve.
