feel very disappointed for this company
I am a loyal regular customer for 2 years.
I have place an ordered (RM57)but due to some issue they refund me in a voucher.
The voucher only last for 3 months, I don’t like delivereat refund me as a voucher some more has a 3 month expire date!
But after that I did not place so much order that can reach RM57, so I did not use the voucher. And then the voucher expired and my money just burnt off.
I don’t understand why there is an expire date for my own money. (If there is a promotion I understand must have expire date, but this is my own money!)
When I realise and I called to appeal, they just do nothing!
Come on These are just computer system, we are human, we can do the changes!
I feel very disappointed to delivereat. Why can’t you refund me in money. I don’t want any voucher. Please do something as you has let a 2 years loyal customer feel so disappointed!
Wrong food delivered!! Called the contact number stated in this app, however all engaged!! Finally, manage to Track the number from previous whatsapp (due to wrong food delivered too!!!!), sent all the info and pictures for the wrong food delivered. Customer service told me that my good has been eaten by the other customer, requested me to return the wrong food that has been delivered to me, and Promised to deliver the right one in expedite mode, but waited for more than normal food delivery time!!! Total disappointment!!!! Waited for more than THREE HOURS for nothing!!
Sometimes it works sometimes not. The app cannot trace the status. When it was written as delivering, the food actually didn’t come at all until I called (it was 30 mins late). No one update us when the food was late. Please improve the app to put instant message for customer service and map to trace the rider’s location. It certainly helps a lot.
