Misleading location of hotel
On Aug 22, 2020 i book a hotel in kuantan. The oyo moonnight hotel pop ups in search in kuantan. I then pay for the booking. Then the nitemares begin.
Upon keyin the name of the hotel on waze map application, the oyo moonnight hotel appears to be in a different city, 220km away in Batu Caves, Selangor.
1st try to call the property number to confirm the exact location is a failed attempt.
2nd call was made to expedia. Explain the details and promised to call back.
3rd call was made to the property number and it turn to be a general call to oyo call centre and not the property directly although they used a mobile number. The guest relation officer told that expedia reps just call and i have to wait for their answers.
4th call received from Expedia.
The reps from expedia told me that its a non-refundable booking which it is. However the expedia reps failed to understand that the booking was done because the oyo moonnight hotel appeared in search in Kuantan in the first place. No solution given by the expedia reps.
Frustrated, i try to leave a comment on the oyo moonnight hotel but still my comment and explanation didnt appears in the oyo moonnight review. I dont want my nitemare experiences repeated on other guest who may have misconstrued on the misleading location of the oyo moonnight hotel.
Still till today expedia failed to communicate to me and this may be my last booking with Expedia.
Most GREAT Satisfy
I am really sastify with the service provide by Expedia whereby the customer service very very supportive when i am doing reservation. Also, the customer service very supportive when i have an issues during the booking and change my date of booking...really feel very comfortable and the guidance the assistant very great...
What i can say, the great services i have ever ...
So, i always suggest all my friends lets use Espedia as our travel booking platform...

Failed To Grant Refund
Really disappointed with the service provided by Expedia due to fail on grant refund requested by me because i couldn’t check in the accommodation right after i booked through it. Talked to the receptionist and customer service from Expedia team to cancel my booking because there weren’t any cab/taxi drivers willing to send me to the booked accommodation. I have strong and valid reason for cancelation reasons yet accommodation place and Expedia team weren’t able to grant my refund! Will not use and recommend Expedia service anymore after this incident due to this i have bad and worse trip ever because not able to sleep at any place at cold place. Other booking hotel services are much more better at providing service and aiding customer when their in bad situation and in need help.
