Location Service Now Doesn’t Work!
Have been a long time Food Panda customer but a few weeks back, after determining my “current location”, the restaurant results were suddenly limited to 3 and all of them were closed. This wasn’t the case before. I was able to order from a variety of shops. Unless Food Panda suddenly decided to take away this option from the customers on my block, my suspicions tell me that this was the workings of a bug. I then chose to manually input the address and found that there was no option like before where we could select based on areas rather than type in our full address. I think Food Panda changed this feature at the customers’ detriment. Bring back that previous feature! Why change something that used to work well? Now my family is unable to order from the app. If this persists and with UberEats introduced with its far more superior app, we might find ourselves saying goodbye to this app for good.
Really bad customer service. I didn’t received my food & I paid through online banking. While I was tracking my order the rider was on PICK UP the food, clearly shown on the maps at the curve. Suddenly it straight forwardly change into DELIVERED and I received the tax receipt by email. It was so frustrating when the customer service by Chat on the app asked me again is it truly I didn’t receive the food?? So stupid service. I waited for almost 90 mins and got that the “we really trust our rider” attitude. Bcos the rider said “already given the food downstairs to a guy who said I waited for food panda” eventually MY ADDRESS AT LEVEL 2. IS IT LOGIC TO NOT GIVE ME A CALL OR CHECK MY ORDER RECEIPT??? AND I’M A FEMALE! I even haven’t received my before refund from chill chill cancelling my order. VERY INSECURE FOOD SERVICE APP WHEN YOU PAY ONLINE. WE CAN’T EVEN RATE THE RIDER. BTW I’M SURE THEY DOESN’T TRACK THEIR RIDER BY GPS AS THEY FULLY TRUSTED WHAT THE RIDER TOLD THEM. AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT LEFT THE CHAT REALLY FAST ONCE YOU FAILED TO REPLY FOR MORE THAN 5 MINS
Food Panda Service
My name is Ariani. I’ve been using apps Food Panda for more than 1 year because it was easy for me when im too lazy to go out to buy food or cook. I should say, now the service is better than before. Before this they did’nt update that they cancelling the delivery and makes me super mad cause i was hungry and i waited for my food almost 1 hour. But after that the management settle it in the nice way and i can accept it. So i hope that, the service getting better and better for future cause i believe that great customer service, makes customer happy. Not only with the food but also customers. I should say that Food Panda is my first choice. Thank you for a good service.
