In this release, we’ve added a new feature for when you report damages of the car. If it’s raining or late at night when you pick up your GoCar, now you can tap “Skip” and upload photos of the car when it's safe to do so.

Poor quality of car rental
I totally shocked by vehicle’s condition & cleaness. With bad smell, I felt there is bed bug. Also the staff had covered small scratch. While My using,the stain was coming from old scratch. I concerned it was by me, even I just parked the car during night. They just covered small scratch for temporary, it comes again within customer’s reservation!

App keep hanging at payment page
I tried to make a booking and it kept hanging at the 3D payment page. I have attempted to book a car for 3X but each time it was stuck at the payment and I could not proceed.

The app and website didn’t work properly!
Been using the service for a while, sometimes it get really frustrated to wait for the app to load, more than 10sec under 4G network at KLIA2.
