F2P? P2P?
This game is actually FREE TO PLAY as long as you willing to spend time and effort for it. I played it since 2015 and i have almost all of the common, rare & epic cards, excluding the legendary.
By combining these cards, i am able to reach a high ranking.
In short, this game is P2P for those player who is not patient enough and always wanted to reach their goals in one step.
BUT this game is actually F2P for those player who is willing to play it slowly and patiently.
U don’t have to upgrade their cards lvl like clash royale or other common mobile games. Just play it slow and patient, you will eventually reach a high ranking.
Best of TCG Genre
Although beginners might find it hard to get into the game, hearthstone had actually made many improvements to make it more beginner friendly. Free legendaries or guaranteed legendary from first 10 packs of each expansion will help beginners get into the game. You will never need a net deck to be good at the game, it’s more about finding the next best card to substitute the cards you don’t have. Many streamers had made it to legend with their F2P decks. One may need to invest more time in understanding the meta to grind. I’ve always made it a point to hit r5 for the golden epic which is disenchantable for 400 dust each month, and that has allowed me to constantly grow my collection. This game is deceptively simple and fun to play which opposes many current mobile games that are 24/7 afk farm.
A message to Blizzard
Blizzard I know that your main motivation is to make money heck ea did that. But I believe that you guys are actually good people, is just that you guys are controlled by ea? Idk all I’m saying is fix your game or you will lose a lot of costumers. I believe in u blizzard. How about a positive review haha. I like what you guys did with battlegrounds but then adding a paywall by making it harder to choose a good hero is mean. Why not solely monetise your game by making cool skins or something. That would be nice. In all honesty I will probably not play this game anymore, until something is changed. Good luck. I hope you people at blizzard can do something incredible. I don’t want you guys to have the same reputation as ea or perhaps you already have.
