This app is not limited to a few weeks training and a maximum target. The app can be used ongoing and the program will keep adapting to your level and you can set and change your own target.
-Training program: based on your current fitness and adapts as your fitness changes. So whether you can do 1 rep now or 50 later the program the program will adapt.
