Each Member’s Account is authorized to be accessed from multiple personal devices, including mobile phone, computer, tablet computer, etc. However, a Member Account cannot be simultaneously used on more than one device. Members can change the settings of their personal devices through our administration system. We reserve the right to modify our administration system as well as the mode and number of changes.

Is it still the app still be update
It is a very nice app for me to listen music and download the song but the song that update have a little bit slow

Restricted region for few of my favourite songs
The songs are incomplete still acceptable in other way, but a lot of songs when I played until halfway it skipped to other song and I viewed back it says temporarily unavailable in my region. And then it became permanently unavailable. Please give me some good explanations as I am using this KKBOX for years. And on behalf other users that having this kind of problems too. Make our users' money worth by showing efforts in solving this kind of issue. Thank you!

Is my acc expired?
When I downloaded this, it was super nice, relaxing. Until today, the songs that I have already downloaded has already became shorter than how I expected. Is my account expired?
