Crappy App!


Shameful piece of an app!
Who are your developers? I think a 12 year-old techie can design and develop a much better and stable app compared to what you guys have done.
This app crashes all the time and kicks me out of it and I need to register or key-in my number every few days! Come on Celcom, you guys are a Tier 1 Telco conpany, please hire or outsource to highly skilled, experienced and competent developers. Have you guys done any market intelligence and analyzed the mobile apps from your competitors? If yes, it doesn't reflect on the overall quality of your app, unfortunately.

Lastly, please take my feedback as constructive comments to help you improve your app.
Listen to your customers, please.
If you guys are serious about customer service and customer retention, wake up from your slumber and give your PAYING customers a stable and effective mobile app.

Rubbish! Worst than Digi!


I have port in from Digi to Celcom because I believe Celcom customer services and everything would have be better than others telco, until I downloaded this app, it request to login every time and bugs! Whereas Digi doesn’t need to key in log in ID, it would recognise the current telco & number using by this phone and direct to the apps homepage!

Celcom spent so much money on advisements in cinema, why don’t fix this problem and improve the services and keep the customer satisfied then customer will be loyal.

I'm really disappointed this telco and app... my due date is today and only Rm88... cut my line now, what's point of credit limit Rm500??? The worst part is when I'm log in this app, keep asking me to update but there is no new version to update. And everytime call the helpline, background voice like in partying or keep talking to person next to them... pls do what you get pay, no one got free pay without work... pls be professional when you in servicing industry
