Always in maintanance
App is easy user but sometimes i cant open this app. Need to update and update and update. I think more than 3 times in one month. Please do not make this app become a spoiler after this cause of your maintanance. I mean about updated into a new version from time to time. For me it not friendly at all, after update a new version then can open it. But if u didnt update u can enter. Please fixxxxxx!!! Make it can use until the version didnt support your app. I want to check my balance also difficult. Check balance not subscribe ok. How many times i need to update if i using this app within in one year? I see the features is the same after update, but only change in a new rebate. Adoi. That why people call it spoiler. Other than that, i think ok for me. If rebate i get a new car dont worry i will happy maa.
The HELL Updating App All The Time!!!
I’ve read one comment here and I do agree with it at all... you’re lucky Cus he rated the app 3 Stars but not for me, I rated 1 Star only... how many times you wanna update in a month? A year? I somehow get so distracted and annoyed by the updates and you force the user to update to a new version, I don’t think you’ve got anything to do with the security that might be breached if I don’t update anything... it spoils a lot!!! Just one little thing, it affects all of my evaluation on the app! And this isn’t a social med that I go even on every second... it’s just a platform fer me to check my balance, bill etc... so please IMPROVE!!!
Unable to open U Mobile apps
I cannot login to the U Mobile apps due to the apps keep saying that there is a latest version of apps available for update in the Apps Store before login successfully into my u mobile account. However, when I check for the u Mobile apps update in the Apps Store, but the apps store shows the existing version I am using is the latest version of U Mobile apps. Can you investigate what is happening on this. Please fix the problem as soon as possible so that everyone can login successfully into the apps. Thank you.
