Suggestions:
1. Consider option to set the default channel every time opening this app, when there are more than one channel.
2. For playbacks, to enable scrolling laterally to search for specific recordings. It will reduce frustrations.
3. Playback is very important. Can even be the main reason for installing cctv.
4. When there are too bright lights, the adjacent darker areas become very difficult to see the details.

Replay is very slow, takes double the time to complete 1 minute. Takes a long time to load. Does not work when overseas. Takes a long time to load when switch to image for 1 camera. Recording does not work efficiently at night from 10 pm to 6 am. Complete Video loss for Camera 4. Camera 2 is not clear. Video loss for camera 4 from midnight to 6 am. Clock stop working for Camera 1, 2 and 3 from 1 am to 4 am. More speed difference for devices when replaying instead of just 1 speed eg. >>4x, >>8x, >>16x. Difficult when needs to update year. Date n time becomes one year ahead when there is a electricity blackout. Date n time becomes many years ahead or behind after a few hours electricity blackout. Slow to Show images When turn on. Forward and backward feature/functions not working. Do not need iCloud account. Reverse function still not working. Recording not working well during playback. Recording still on when there are no movement on the camera, shows a lot of unnecessary orange bar when playback. Is it possible to chat with a Superlive Plus IT technician online to advise and guide me on how to troubleshoot my CCTV problems.
What’s the point of sending my concerns when there is no improvement to my complaints.

Hi I’m using iPhone 12 Pro. May I know when I view the camera in landscape mode, the screen will become automatically smaller. How to enlarge it the screen view when in landscape mode?
