Tealive MY - Order Bubble Tea 4+

Please make an option to switch on the location whenever we open the tealive app.

Dear Tealive, I am your Legend Rank, I want to ask for your help to change the setting where whenever we open the app, we need to open the location as well. If we didnt switch on the location, the tealive app couldnt be access... Please change it. Make it an option please instead of making it compulsory to switch on the location...Please Tealive...Hear my thought out 🥺

Equate the menu selections in the Tealive Apps with the third-party platform

I have recently observed that the menu options offered on the official Tealive app are relatively limited compared to those available on third-party platforms such as Foodpanda and Grab. As an avid fan of Tealive's strawberry pearl smoothies, I made an attempt to order it directly from one of their physical counters yesterday, only to be informed by the staff that this particular beverage can only be ordered through the app. To my disappointment, however, I found that this option was not available on the Tealive app itself but exclusively through Foodpanda's delivery service.

Given my preference for self-pickup in order to save on delivery charges and accrue loyalty points, choosing Foodpanda is not ideal for me. With these considerations in mind, I would like to propose a suggestion: It would greatly enhance our experience as loyal customers if Tealive were able to align its menu selection across all platforms — both its own mobile application and third-party apps — thereby ensuring consistency and seamlessness throughout our ordering process. Hope to see an improvement update regarding this matter from you soon!

Not bad compared the old app

Registering it was abit confusing but after everything is done everything was a breeze. User interface is straight forward and easy to navigate. Quite easy to get use to it after exploring it around.
