New feature:
When entering a hotkey, press a key again to toggle between characters on the same key (e.g., 1 and !).
Bug fixes:
Window resize handles no longer miss the mouse when clicking past the edge of a rounded corner.
Interface elements no longer appear with a mouse hover effect when the mouse isn’t over them.
