Here at Stopp we give a dessert the same dedication that we give to all our projects. Our philosophy is a simple one, and it pervades everything we produce: with quality raw materials and solid knowledge you almost cannot fail.
Take crème brûlée, for instance. Combine a fine quality vanilla pod with an experienced chef and the right kind of torch and the result should be a dish that is crispy, creamy and irresistible.
In this book we share with you some of the favorites prepared by our chef Christofer. Every day at 3pm, just in time for our afternoon coffee break, he serves his pastries for all to enjoy.
