Nice and useful app

Easy to use with helpful descriptions of each of the workouts. Together with my nine year old son I do this a couple of times per week and it definitely pays off!

Great app!

Way below competition

This looks like a fake, cheap app compared to the original 7MWC.

The whole point of this app being used is to motivate you, to do the exercises by providing a platform with smart grouped trainings and progress tracking, etc.

But the fact that it is using a computer generated voice, that sounds so "neutral" and fake, ruins the whole experience. Same for the mid-excercise reminder, or the "go!" attitude... feels like eating proteins and required things that have no taste.

Will go back to 7MWC, this is not working for me
