• This update has a completely new audio implementation. It's been entirely replaced for even greater reliability. Music will fade down while Get Running coaches you, then fade back in, to help you keep exercising. Audio books and podcast content will temporarily pause while Get Running coaches you, and then resume, so you never miss a word.

• Get Running 1.12.0 has various tweaks to the user interface.

Fantastic well thought out app

Finally getting running using this great app. No silliness, Facebook crap, GPS hoohaa or Tag running, just straightforward good coaching. Can listen to your own music (which is paused rather than lowered - a much better idea). Very good at knowing what day it is and tailoring to you (ie if you miss a few days, just carry on - it knows what to do - unlike my sit-ups app). I'm only on day 8 but I feel like a new man.
Oh and those that miss all that GPS shennanigans, just run Motion X tracking in the background, I just did, works seamlessly.

Superapp! Makkelijk vol te houden, rustige opbouw en motiverende begeleiding! Wat fijn is, is dat je je muziek aan kunt doen. De app onderbreekt de muziek wanneer er een instructie komt!

Ik schrijf nooit recensies maar deze bevalt zo goed dat ik de twijfelaar wil overhalen. Ik gun u ook die conditie, -figuur correctie, dat zelfvertrouwen -etc. Lees onderst reviews dan val ik niet in herhaling. Door recensies overgehaald deze app te kopen. Geen sec. spijt van gehad! Tip1: vooraf sportschoenen laten aanmeten om blessure leed te voorkomen. De opbouw van dit GR progr is voor elke beginnende loper goed vol te houden. De opbouw is exact afgestemd tussen uitdaging en haalbaarheid. Ik was een loper, laatste paar maanden niet gelopen. Nu met matige inspanning boven oude conditieniveau. En wat ik niet kon vermoeden; mijn nicotineverslaving heb ik verruild voor de hardloopverslaving. Nooit verwacht dat ik dat level zou bereiken. Ben trots op mezelf. Tip2: start naast GR je eigen muziek en voor je het weet heb je de route volbracht. Tip3: download RunKeeper, de apps lopen synchroon en je hebt een geweldig overzicht van je prestaties. Registreren bij My Asics werkt ook motiverend.
Tip voor de makers van GR: maak nu nog een follow up naar de 10km and Keep up the GOOD work!
