Use iSentry to instantly turn your computer with web camera into a Internet-connected motion-sensing security system. Just launch iSentry, point your camera to the region you want to monitor, and prepare to receive a video or photo should any motion activity is detected.

With wide selection of settings, iSentry allows you to configure quality of pictures and video clips, enable sound, alerts and receive email notifications about the events detected. Also iSentry can upload the pictures and video clips it takes on disk or in iPhoto album.

only indoors

As the title says…..only indoors, when i point it at my front door via a usb camera the motion of a leave sets it of.
Even with the sensitivity at lowest i get a hundred pictures in no time.
But indoors it works very well .

Im going to try it for a while and if i like it and can get it to work to watch my front door i will by the pro version.

Buggy

Ik zocht een app waarmee je het interval kon instellen van een foto maken. Lijkt me een vrij standaard functionaliteit. Vreemd genoeg werkt dat niet goed bij deze app. Er zijn maar 2 opties: of je zet 'burst recording' aan en dan maakt het per minuut de eerste 5 seconden circa 100 foto's (en heb je na een uur 6000 bijna identieke foto's) of je zet het uit en dan werkt de app helemaal niet.

Er is geen optie om in te stellen dat het gewoon per minuut (of een zelf in te stellen interval) een foto moet maken.

Nice Idea, unstable though

Nice Idea, crashes unexpected though. Features are ok, shouldn't crash when computer tries to enter sleep mode...
