  We are introducing Mindfulness Quotient to Omvana. This will help you measure your session and keep you motivated to meditate everyday.
  
  That's not all, to make your experience seamless between your iPhone and Apple watch we have implemented handoffs.
  
  Using Apple’s handoffs you can now easily continue using Omvana on your iPhone from where you left off on your Apple Watch.
  
  To continue using Omvana on your iPhone from your Apple watch, just find the Omvana icon on the bottom left of your iPhone lock screen. Swipe up on this icon, and you’ll be automatically brought back to where you left off on the watch.
