I don’t get it makes me hyperventlate?

Hallo!

Thank you for your review! We‘re sorry that the concept of our app appears not to work for you.
How about you try out some of our other breathing techniques? You can do so by pressing the settings button in the app and then pressing the left menu button.
Our main technique is based on a breathing technique called 4-7-8 (inhale for four seconds, hold your breath for seven seconds and exhale for eight seconds). While being proven to have the best effect, these values are only supposed to guide you. If you feel any inconvenience (some people may not be able not to inhale for 15 seconds), please feel free not to abide the instructions of the app and continue with the next step by yourself.
