Great album from one of the most underrated rappers of all time

Vinnie Paz is possibly one of the most underrated rappers in the game, but maybe also one of the most loved by true Hip Hop fans. I've been a passive fan of Jedi Mind Tricks for years. Meaning I really like them, but haven't prioritized listening to their albums as much as I should. I gave this album a shot because of features like the Clipse, Sick jacken, R.A. the Rugged Man, Ill Bill, Beanie Siegel etc., but the features were just like supporting actors compared to the main character Vinnie in this movie.

Vinnie brings his rugged and raw sound as always with wisdom and flow second to none. The "what's wrong with america"-concept of the album shines though on every song, even though each song also stands alone perfectly. Producers like Lord Finesse, Dj Muggs and Madlib bring raw and hard beats fit for one of the angriest rappers in Philly.
My favorite song now a days is "End Of Days" because of the feeling and controversal lyrics. Many might look at the lyrics as conspiracy theories because of the "extreme" claims, but Vinnie makes anybody believe in it anyway. Block McCloud brings his unique flavour to the chorus and make the song sound like it could be played on commercial radio. Even though I don't think it ever will because of the lyrics.

Other stand out songs are "Monster's Ball", "No Spiritual Surrender" feat Sick Jacken, Street Wars" feat. Clipse & Block McCloud, "Aristotle’s Dilemma" and "Nosebleed" feat. R.A. the Rugged Man. But it's not like I'm skipping any song on the album when it's on.

Good work, Vinnie.
