Gwen-still the queen

I had great expectations for this album. There's music in typical Gwen style. Music to enjoy, funky beat, rythm and music to dance to. However, I miss more "strong" songs, like on the previous albums. The songs are ok, funky and good. But to few that really sticks to your mind, so there will be only 4 stars, not 5! But I do recommend it!!! :)

Not exciting!

This is LAMB all over again. I don't know - boring, too predictable, to ambitious without the oomph..? I don't not like this and wish and pray that she finds back to where she was coming from, one day. Maybe this is what the younger audience seeks and likes, and she may very well hit the bulls eye once more, but she lost me. "Wonderful Life" may stand a chance, "Early Winter" too... the rest...?... enough said.

I think Gwen have matured and made wonderful new songs. If your only gonna buy one song I would say “4 In the Morning” It’s my favorite song on this CD. Gwen is a style icon, wee all need a little piece of her. I don’t think that “Lamb” is better than “The Sweet Escape” My opinion is that they are just as good. She let it show what inspirers her at the time. Like Alice in wonderland for “What are you waiting for?” and The sound of music for “Wind it up” Before you diss her songs, try writing a good song your self. It’s not that easy now, is it? Give Gwen some credit.

Before she discovered she could write songs, Gwen Stefani was looking forward to a life of marriage, children, and white picket fences. When her brother introduced her to ska and new wave music, it set off a chain of events that would eventually lead to millions of albums sold and a Madonna-sized public image that extended past music and into the worlds of film, fashion, and technology. Born and raised in Fullerton, California, Stefani had a musical epiphany at the age of 17. She had fallen in...
