Description

It's over 70 years since there was war in Norway. Some memories moves on, others dissapear. Fredrik doesn't know his grandfather, he died 15 years before Fredrik was born. Is it possible to learn someone you've never met to know?

"Close, closer, closest" are an autobiographical comic, a short story about the fase when family history starts to become important.

Fredrik Rysjedal is a comic artist from Leirvik in Sogn, based in Bergen. "Close, closer, closest" is his first digital comic for tablets. The music is composed and played by Stephan Meidell, there is a sample from "Auferstehen" with Grex Vocalis. This digital comic is programmed by Hans Philip Eide. The English translation is made by Sunniva Vik.
