This should not be categorized as a Game.
tl;dr This is not a game, it is a mountain simulation. Do not buy this with normal conventions of gaming in mind. This is a piece of art and should be labeled as such as to not mislead the buyers with vague and conceited application descriptions as provided.
Unfortunately, I made the mistake of purchasing this with expectations of 'playing' a game seeing as this app was placed under the games category.
This is not a game, this is interactive art. By no means does this fall under the category of a game.
A game, by definition, is structured playing, usually undertaken for enjoyment and sometimes used as an educational tool. This app does not fall under this definition as this is not educational nor is it possible to 'undertake for enjoyment'.
This is by definition "interactive art", a form of art that involves the spectator in a way that allows the art to achieve its purpose.
The spectator in this game has no control over the "game" other than the ability to zoom in and out of the mountain simulation and observe the growth of the various things on the mountain.
If this had been placed under a more fitting category, or displayed a disclaimer stating that this app is not as much a game as it is art, it would have received a review more fitting to its purpose.
