Scroll down on the main screen to select a goal, activate Advanced mode, or adjust your run settings before you head out. This app includes Nike stickers, which you can use in the app and in iMessage to share with friends. You can find the iMessage stickers in the iMessage app store by searching for NRC. By downloading the app, you agree that Nike provides these stickers for you to use only for that purpose. Nike may revoke this permission at any time.
Nike+ Run Club integrates with the Apple Health app to sync your workouts and record heart-rate data.
Please note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

We've been busy. Check out our latest improvements:
- Introducing NRC Camera Effects for Facebook. Access Facebook Camera in NRC to share your post-run selfie with fun new effects, including animated headbands and route details. Make sure that you save your image and share it again on the Nike feed.

PRO-TIP: To see your heart rate during your run, scroll down to Settings on your Watch and turn on 'All Metrics'.
IMPORTANT: You need to authorise NRC to access Motion and Fitness Activity in order to track a run.
For the best results on Apple Watch, we recommend using watchOS 3.2.2 or above.

Surely getting there
Finally, it's possible to log splits when running intervals. However, I do miss the possibility to see the total running time while running intervals, not just the running time for the intervals themselves. This also applies to when I'm done with the session. It would also be a lot easier to do splits if one could just double-tap on the screen instead of pressing play.
The app seems more reliable. Seems like there been a good cleanup of bugs.
One big thing that I miss is there opportunity to double-tap on the screen to log a interval while running a longer distance. Say, if I'm running a half- marathon, it would be if great use to manually be able to log every 5 km. The best thing would have been the screen could show all the totals, and the current time/distance. The most important thing however when running longer distances; to manually mark/log intervals.
With the latest update the monthly totals is now resetting at the start of each month. Job well done with this update.
