Poor and annoying
A rather poor app, this. Most content is not available offline, so forget about using it on a plane without wifi, or if you're worried about roaming charges. So there goes much of the usability.
The FAQ refers to a timetable under the "More…" section which doesn't exist.
The city guide for Oslo says that "Dubbing is considered to be of extremely bad taste in Norway" which is a bit of hyperbole. Said guide also mentions the Technical museum, but not the Munch museum!
Perhaps most annoying: When you start the app, it shows a useless animation, AND mutes the sound if you're listening to music on your iPhone/iPad. Why would they annoy the users like this? Have the people at Star Alliance ever used their own app?
Very, very poor app.
