Why do we ask for access to your phonebook?
To show the name and picture associated with the subscription.
If you change the name and picture in your phonebook it will also be reflected in the app.
Why do we ask for access to your position?
To provide correct rates and correct additional services when you are abroad.
Your position also gives you the location of the nearest Telenor shop.
You can anytime turn on / off your position under "Innstillinger".
Problems to start using the app?
Register a personal user to the person who will use the app. This is done by the owner of the subscription who must register the name and ID of the user.
