Knopfler's voice has matured, lost its ragged vocal cord quality of the early years, to be replaced by a mellow tonality reminiscent of Zevon at times, JJ Cale or Dylan at others. And that guitar ! If you have ever enjoyed a Dire Straits track, then get this album - the talent, the production are simply great.

Brilliant

I love this album. Sure I'm a big fan of Dire Straits but anyone would appreciate the lyrics and the music of "Get Lucky". Simply Brilliant.
