Fall Out Boy’s audacious sonic risk-taking throughout Folie à Deux makes their previous albums almost sound like warmups. "I Don't Care" is a larger-than-life slice of gothic glam with glittering synths, while "America's Suitehearts" incorporates warbling vocals straight out of soul music. FOB even make room for some wild guest appearances, such as Lil Wayne on the New Wave gem "Tiffany Blews" and Elvis Costello on the orchestra-powered slow-burner “What a Catch, Donnie”.
