Update on last review - Where's the next one?

Still love the first record. Lick the wounds lads, let's have another?

Update: A couple of years later, I'm still fascinated by the number of people who really relate to sound of the first album when I play it. The glissy pop of #2 was clearly a mis-step but man, I'm still missing what I thought I might get from a band that occupied (and could still rule) a space between a now-more-poppy The Horrors, a now defunct Wolf Parade, a melodically diminished Spoon and a long gone (?) Interpol.
