Chayanne’s 22nd album is a comfortable effort divided between the usual romantic ballads and effervescent dance songs fans have come to expect from the Puerto Rican singer. Even though he’s been down this road many times before, No Hay Imposibles is still filled with the enthusiasm and conviction that many artists less established than the million-selling Chayanne lack. When he sings of a first encounter for what must be the umpteenth time, believing that he’s free-falling into a new love is as easy as ever it was. Highlights include the elegant “Dime” and the sunshine-bright retro rocker “Besos en la Boca (Beijar Na Boca),” plus “Me Enamoré de Ti,” the theme from the soap opera Corazon Salvaje.
