Call, video and chat on your iOS device via your office extension, wherever you are!

Stay connected and make remote work easier with 3CX. This app allows you to use your office extension from anywhere and not only for calls. Schedule conferences, chat with your colleagues and video call from your iOS device.

Getting Started:

1. Install the app.
2. Open it, read and accept the license agreement and authorize the permissions the app needs (camera, microphone).
3. Open your web client or desktop app and click on the QR code in the top right corner. Details on how to access your web client are in your 3CX email sent by your administrator.
4. Open your camera on your iOS device and scan the QR code shown on your screen.
5. Your extension is configured and you’re now “Ready for calls”!

Important: This app is only for use with 3CX V18 and is not a standalone app.

how to update?

Probably a bug with iTunes not 3CX, but it keeps offering updates, and then complains the new version isn't compatible with my OS. Other app updates are hidden if not compatible.

Starting with iOS 11, Apple no longer supports 32-bit devices; all apps should implement 64-bit and will appear on the AppStore accordingly. Most probably, you have an iPhone 5, which is 32-bit device.

Incoming call issue

Error message keeps showing: please update 3CX phone system. Incoming calls and chat messages are disabled .. but there’s no update available

App was great before the last update

Easy to install and use

I setup and configured the 3CX client and was using it in a couple of minutes. Quick and simple.
