Version 5.35.2
The new language selector and search bar make it easier to choose the country and language combination. For new app users, the language selector is the first step during onboarding. It preselects the country and language based on the device settings if possible.
Ratings and Reviews
Everything in one place
Pretty cool user experience. Easy navigation. Narrow down things you wanna buy in to wishlist. Sleep on it (this part is important) in case you wanna change your mind. Select items from wishlist - move to bag... and purchase and it’s all yours! It’s obviously like most apps of this nature. I’m just glad Adidas has its own! :)
Let down by shipping
I am in New Zealand, items ship from Australia. This is not uncommon, many companies do this, but Adidas let themselves and their customers down with terrible shipping. It is not really possible to track your order as it directs to the absolutely terrible service that is DB Schenker. I can go back to orders received weeks ago and their tracks still shows the items have not left Australia 😂. All this is made worse by the 3-4 weeks delivery timeframe, not being able to track over this long a period is not good especially for more expensive orders. The gear is quality and the range is great but the shipping means I will rarely use, which is a shame

Wouldn’t allow the order to go to checkout, it kept saying ‘ops there was a problem’ so it took 12 hrs for it to let me, then too my birthday voucher away and I couldn’t use it!! I also missed out on a couple of items as a result ☹️
