AT Park is the new, easy way to pay for parking! Users can pay for parking directly from their phone without the need to visit a parking machine or display a ticket. There are maps where you can find the location and price of parking.
First register with your email address, phone number, vehicle number plate and credit card. Then you are good to start parking. Simply enter the Area ID number found on signs and stickers on machines, and the vehicle number plate into the app and then start your session. When you get back to your car you can stop your session and only pay for the time you have used. You can set a fixed time period if you prefer and reminders are also optional. The parking cost is charged directly to your credit card and there are no transaction fees. There can be multiple vehicles and users on one account.
We’ve updated the layout of the User Interface making features such as Map and Parking History visible in the main screen.
The new version has an optimised User Interface for iPhone X. We also included new features such as finding the parking area where you parked your vehicle.

It could be amazing - if it wasn’t so badly designed
Currently, the app is outright not working. I cannot select my vehicle, despite the fact that I am correctly logged in. To not be able to rely on it is a big downer for me.
In principle, the idea and how it (should) work is amazing. Stop overpaying for parking and don’t have to walk up to the meter. This could be a world class parking experience. But it isn’t.
The app is sooo badly designed, it is not even funny. It looks and feels like somebody stole an app template from iPhone 3 days and tried to make it work on modern devices. Usability is poor and every time I have to fiddle with something, being logged out or similar. It literally is often faster to just go and pay at the meter. Which is a pity. Someone at At please execute this app properly ASAP or open it up so other people can build the experience the backend of it (and the user) deserves..
I don’t understand the way you charge
I am a construction worker and earn a little money I need the work to support my family and am great full for the parking! But I can’t afford to pay $47 a day for parking!!! This makes me sad is there no way you can offer us a better rate so we can come to the city do a days work and get charged a fair rate for the week or for the month instead of a big amount every day? Please can you look into this to help us not become negative! as this is not easy for me. I can’t feed my family! Because I pay so much for parking! My wife can’t work because she has 3 babies to look after please help!!!!
Plain not working!
What a poor design and poor execution! I will not even start on where the design is poor (like rigid and broken process to select two simple parameters and start parking, or not being able to start parking before time).
I will simply concentrate on just one flaw: just does not work. I am just now trying to pay parking. The maps are not showing parking areas in the Viaduct where I know there is parking and the new parking machines; if I enter area by hand, I get stuck on the next step: no vehicles show, even this two are configured. Then there are continues authorisation errors when getting into some screens, like Transactions after logging in with AT Hop account, even though login appears successful.
And no, it is not a user error.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
