Fixed - Major bug in latest update
EDIT: Bug fixed in the latest update. Still annoying that you can’t find any contact information for app support, though.
Since the latest update, I get a message saying that the internet is unavailable every time I open the app, so I can’t search for or download any new books, even though I definitely have internet access. Nothing in the help texts, and no way to contact support staff. The app is useless to me now.
I love this app but since the last update the audio book consistently turns off after 8 mins regardless of how long the sleep timer is set for it even if it hasn’t been set. This is becoming increasingly annoying, having to listen in 8 min chunks.
Just the ticket
This is one of my top apps and most useful. It brings libraries into another facet of the digital age and makes them more accessible.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
