With the Contact app, keep an eye on your account wherever you might be, anytime you like. If you’re a Contact customer with an online account, use the app to:
- View your account balance and total amount to pay
- Make one-off credit or debit card payments
- Make payment direct from your bank account with Account2Account
- Move house and submit your last meter read
- Use any available Month Off discounts
- View your previous 15 months usage

Much more beautiful
The new version of the app is much more beautiful but it still takes some time to load account data. Also, it seems the password box has some minimum requirements that don’t match the website as the password is use on the site doesn’t activate the ‘sign in’ button on the app as it’s too short

I love the bigger text, a lot easier for me to read. The new look is great. Had some trouble with data loading speed but it seems getting faster every day. Great job. 5 stars!
Massive step backwards
The new app has really missed the mark. It doesn’t even fit the whole phone screen but leaves a blank banner at top and bottom.
The larger text might suit some but it looks childish and clunky to me.
I can no longer figure out how to see when my next meter read date is so presuming that’s been removed.
Trying to switch between monthly and daily view on usage is awful. I would expect I can click on a day without being taken back to monthly view. Not intuitive at all. Did you even test this with customers first?
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
